Although it is no longer summonable after December 27th, the Rudolph Reindeer can be obtained by completing the extra quests and opening the Secret Box in the Water Mission Island.
The summoning pair of Kung Fu Pets must include a Kung Fu Pet with Ice as major element, and the Forest element. The below combinations are recommended to get Rudolph Reindeer (Kung Fu Pets can be used in either order):
